  • Can I use my E-Gift Card both in-store and online?

    Yes, you can! Our E-Gift Cards are designed for maximum convenience, allowing you to make purchases both in our physical stores and on our website.

    Using Your E-Gift Card In Store

    When shopping in-store, you have two easy options to redeem your E-Gift Card:

    • Show the E-Gift Card email on your phone to the cashier at checkout.
    • Use your phone's Google or Apple Wallet to present the E-Gift Card.

    Using Your E-Gift Card Online

    To use your E-Gift Card for online purchases, follow these simple steps:

    • Add items to your cart on our website.
    • Proceed to checkout.
    • Look for the E-Gift Card payment option.
    • Enter your E-Gift Card number and PIN.
    • Complete your purchase.

    Remember, your E-Gift Card number and PIN can be found in the email you received when the card was purchased.

  • How can I check my online order status?

    You will receive a dispatch email once the order has been sent to the courier.

    The email may advise your order is being shipped with two separate couriers.

    If your order is being shipped with more than one courier you will receive tracking numbers for both couriers in your dispatch email.

    You will receive updates from An Post and DPD regarding your parcels for standard orders.

    Large Parcels delivery time frame is 1-4 working days.

    Large Box, XL Parcel or Large Bulky/Pallet items are delivered within 5 - 10 working days, these are orders are for products that weigh over 30kg and the courier will call you directly in relation to your delivery.

  • How do I check that a product is in stock?

    Save time and avoid disappointment by checking availability online! Our website is updated daily based on our product levels in the stores each morning.

    You can check In-Store Availability by selecting the product, then clicking on ‘Check Stock in Store’.

    Alternatively, why not select available products for home delivery and have the goods delivered to you?

  • Can products be transferred between stores?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a facility to transfer stock between stores.

  • How do I delete my account?

    In order to delete your account, you can go to "My Profile" and request from there.

  • How safe is online shopping on homestoreandmore.ie?

    It is vitally important to Home Store + More that you can give us your personal details over the internet in complete confidence.   • What payment methods can I use online?

    You can pay for your online order using a Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay, Home Store + More Gift Card or Me2You Gift Card.

  • How do I return goods?

    If you would like to return an online order you can do so in any of our stores by bringing the item to the store along with your order number, or contact our Customer Service team regarding your intention to cancel within 14 days from the date you received the goods and they will guide you through the returns process. After you have notified us of the cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

    The product must be in a reasonable, re-sellable condition, with its original materials, manuals, accessories and packaging intact.

  • How can I use a Home Store + More gift card?

    Our home store + more gift cards can be used in any of our stores nationwide. For store locations please click here.

    You can now use your gift card line online or in any of our stores.

    Remember, you can always top up or purchase new gift cards in any of our stores!
