Why would I use the Click + Collect service?
The Click + Collect service ensures the items that you buy online are ready for collection when you visit your chosen Home Store + More. Saving you precious time! Plus it’s a FREE service. Shopping online from the comfort of your home for all your favourite Home Store + More products just got better!
So how does the Click + Collect service work?
Simply add your items to the basket, choose the Click + Collect option in the basket and proceed to checkout as normal. Once you have placed your order you will receive an initial ‘Order Confirmation’ email to confirm your order has been processed. Our colleagues will be busy picking your order at this point. Once they are all set you will receive a second email, a ‘Ready for Collection’ email containing a unique order number/barcode and SMS text notification, only at this point should you visit your chosen Home Store + More.
Home Store + More aims to have your Click + Collect ready for collection within 2 business hours from when the order has been placed. Once you visit your chosen store and collect your items, you will receive an 'Order Collected' email.
How much does the Click + Collect cost?
Good news! It’s FREE. You are only charged for the price of the items in your basket.
How do I know when to collect my order?
You will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ Email/SMS to advise you that your Click + Collect order is ready for collection in your chosen store. Please don’t visit your chosen store until then.
Where do I collect my Click + Collect items?
Just visit the designated Click + Collect point in store. You won’t miss it! Our colleagues will retrieve your order and get you on your way.
What if an item on my order is not available to Click + Collect?
If any item(s) from your Click + Collect order is not available in your chosen store you will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email which outlines which items are ready at your chosen and highlights which item(s) have been cancelled from your order and subsequently refunded.
If ALL items were cancelled then we do apologise, you will receive an email informing you of this. Your card will then be refunded to the value of the order.
Can I go to the store to collect my order before I receive my ‘Ready for Collection’ email or SMS?
No, unfortunately, your order will not be ready for collection before this time. When your order is ready for collection you will receive the ‘Ready for Collection’ email and SMS text notification.
Do I need proof of ID when collecting my Click + Collect order?
Along with your ‘Ready for Collection’ email please bring some additional photo identification, e.g. Drivers license. The ‘Ready for Collection’ email can be printed out or simply shown on your smartphone. The email/SMS contains your unique Order Number.
Can I cancel my Click + Collect order?
Absolutely. If you contact our customer care team on +353 (0)1 223 8312 before your order is processed we will be able to cancel the order for you. Your card will then be refunded to the value of the order.
How long will you hold my Click + Collect order?
We will hold your Click + Collect order for you at your chosen store for 2 days (from the date of order).
What happens if I forget to collect my Click + Collect order?
If you don’t collect your order we will send you a Reminder Email. And if you still haven’t collected then we will send a final Reminder Email. After that, if you haven’t collected within the allotted time we won’t take it personally! But we will need to cancel your order and you will be refunded within 10 days.
Are all Home Store + More items available for Click + Collect online?
Pretty much, but on the rare occasion that the item is not in stock in your chosen store, you will not be able to order this on Click + Collect. Please check another store location*.
How do I Return an item from a Click + Collect Order?
All you will need to do is return the item(s) to your preferred store with your order number for our colleagues to assist.
Returns can be made within 14 days of collecting your order as long as the item(s) are in the original packaging and unused.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned (see exclusions). This does not affect your statutory rights.
*The Click + Collect service is subject to store opening times, order volumes and time order is placed. We will hold your Click + Collect order for you at your chosen store for 2 days (from the date of order).
