Terms & Conditions

1. Home Store + More does not accept any responsibility for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever suffered by any Participant as a result of their taking part in the Trolley Dash. Home Store & More shall not be liable for any recourse or claims as a result of any kind of physical, mental or other loss or damage suffered due to the Contestant’s involvement in the Trolley Dash.

2. The Contestant has 3 minutes to fill the trolley with as many items as possible.

3. The Contestant may only take one of any items, the categorisation of items will be explained to the Contestant before the Trolley Dash starts. For example, only one pair of curtains, one duvet set, one frying pan, etc.

4. The Contestant must push their own trolley.

5. The Contestant is permitted to ask one Home Store + More employee to help them load heavier items into the trolley.

6. The Contestant must wear plain clothes only. Work uniforms or logos must be covered.

7. The Contestant must be over the age of 18 to take part.

8. Should any items chosen by the Contestant break while being added to the trolley, Home Store + More will not replace these items.

9. The Contestant should ensure that where possible the trolley remains on the racetrack when going around the store, the location of which will be made clear to the Contestant before the Trolley Dash begins.

10. All items must fit in the trolley, and the contestant must be able to push the trolley to the tills before the allocated time is finished.

11. Items added to the trolley by the Contestant cannot be sold on, exchanged, or brought back to the store for a refund. 

12. When the Trolley Dash has been completed all items will be scanned through at one of the checkouts. Home Store + More will keep a copy of this receipt for future reference. If more than one of the same items have been selected, the contestant can pick one and the rest will be returned to the shelf.

13. By agreeing to take part in the Trolley Dash, you also agree to let Home Store & More use any images or video taken during the event on our website, social media and app.

14. Terms and Conditions apply – no items over the value of €200. 

15. At certain points throughout the year there will be larger items in the store such as Garden Furniture Sets, Mattresses, BBQs, Gazebos, Water Fountains, and Swing Chairs. Once the contestant has completed their trolley dash, they will have the option to SWAP the items they have taken in the trolley for one of the larger, heavy items instead. i.e. the contestant can either take the contents of their trolley OR a larger item of the same value or more.

16. We cannot request products that are out of stock for the date that you are participating in the Trolley Dash.

17. You must respond in the given timeframe from when you are initially contacted through email.
