In line with government guidelines we have repurposed our stores and are not selling homeware instore at the present
time, including furniture, bedding, curtains, crockery or other such items. We are selling permitted items only
including cleaning, garden, pet, electrical, cycling etc. You can continue to purchase your favourite homeware
products online to decorate and maintain your home.
All of us at home store + more have been working hard to ensure that your in-store experience is as safe as possible and you can enjoy your shopping experience with us. Looking out for one another is very important and we endeavour to continue to do so.
We are delighted to welcome you to our stores during these challenging

experience in our stores as safe and pleasant as possible:
- Please practise Social Distancing at all times for your and all our safety.
- We are controlling the number of customers in our stores to better facilitate Social Distancing. Thank you for your patience.
- We aim to provide every customer with a sanitised basket at the entrance of our store.
- Please help us to protect you, our colleagues and other customers by using the contactless hand sanitiser at the entrance and by using contactless payment methods.

What are home store + more’s opening hours?
We have reviewed our opening hours and decided to open longer than most of the other stores in the retail park. We
encourage you to avail of our long opening hours to avoid peak shopping times from 11am to 3pm.
Monday to Friday: 9am – 9pm
Saturday: 9am – 7pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays:10am – 6:30pm
How do I return items which I purchased instore before the stores closed?
Our returns policy on products sold within 14 days before or during government lockdown, is extended by 60 days to
well cover the duration while our stores were closed.

We cannot exchange items that are currently not available for sale. However, we can offer a refund or gift card instead.
When will you sell your full range (including homeware) again instore?
In line with government guidelines we have repurposed our stores and we are not selling homeware instore at the
present time. This includes furniture, bedding, curtains, crockery and other such items. Once governmental
guidelines allow us, we will re-open the closed off sections. In the meantime, you can still shop your favourite
homeware items online with home delivery.
Will my online order be delayed?
Please be aware that during these exceptional circumstances delivery times may take a little longer than usual. We
endeavour to have your product delivered within 7 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as
your order is dispatched. For standard deliveries you can track your An Post order here at any time using the
tracking number sent to you by An Post. For heavy delivery items a customer service agent from our logistics partner
will make contact with you directly to arrange delivery.
How can I get my order to arrive faster?
If you order large & bulky items
like a BBQ or Garden Furniture Set on its own with no additional products, it makes the logistics within the picking
and delivery process much easier and you are likely to receive your order faster.
What if my order is cancelled?
We will let you know by email if we
need to cancel your order for any reason, and we’ll tell you what happens next, including how refunds work. If your
