Smoked Salmon Frittata

Smoked Salmon Frittata with Chives, Black Pepper & Crème Fraîche


  • 150g Smoked Salmon
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • 200g Crème Fraîche
  • 5 large eggs
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips
  2. Divide into the mini cupcake tin
  3. Sprinkle with chives and cracked black pepper
  4. Mix the crème fraîche and eggs until well combined
  5. Pour over the smoked salmon
  6. Bake for 8-9 mins @ 180˚c
  7. Eat warm or cold
