At homestore + more we know price is really important, and that´s why we put so much effort into getting it right. We check and match the online and shop prices of our high street competitors, and when we match a national price, this applies in all our shops and on our website. As part of our commitment to value, we are proud to guarantee our customers the lowest prices around. So much so that if you find a product at a lower price in one of our competitor’s stores, we will refund you 110% of the difference!

All you have to do is follow these simple terms and conditions to avail of our promise of even more savings every day:

• You must have your homestore + more receipt as proof of purchase at the higher price. The cheaper product must be on display and available for sale at the lower price in another local retailer outlet.
• The other retail outlet must be within a 15 km radius of our store.
• The product must be the exact same product of the exact same brand. It must be in perfect condition and not being sold as seconds or damaged goods.
• Due to changing offers and promotions, claims for the 110% refund are only valid within one week of purchasing the product.
• homestore + more reserve the right to ensure any claims meet these terms and conditions before issuing a refund. We apologise should a delay occur as a result of this and we endeavor to validate claims as quickly as possible.
• In cases where claims cannot be validated immediately, the refund will be posted to you within 5 working days of it proving successful.
