delivery Information

  • In the month of April 2012 delivery is absolutely FREE on items available to purchase online.
  • Your products will be delivered by our Irish courier - Target Express.
  • Delivery will take 2 - 5 working days and will normally be arranged between the hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday – Saturday.
  • If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver, then a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier to rearrange delivery.
  • When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain a tracking number, that you can use to track the progress of your order on www.target-express.com You will also be able to track your order it using your order number or your last name.
  • Currently we deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • Your order will be delivered to your door. The service provided is delivery only. You will need to unpack and position the goods yourself. Please note a signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.

 
 

returns policy

  • your rights:
    If you have ordered by internet or telephone, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item (excluding those ordered in-store).
    If you are unhappy with a product we will replace it or issue you with a refund. Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so provided the goods are returned to us unused, in their original unopened, undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt or order confirmation, we’ll give you a refund.

  • to return items:
    To return your items, please call us on 00353 14276500, Monday - Friday within business hours. We will arrange a courier to collect items from your home address. Please note, you will have to pay for the cost of returning any item if you changed your mind.

  • your refund:
    We will refund your payment as soon as your return has been received back to homestore + more and at the latest within 7 days from the receipt of your returned item(s).
    You will be refunded the value of your basket excluding delivery charges. The refund will be made to a credit / debit card account holder or to PayPal account holder, depending on the method of payment. Those made with a Gift Card will have the Gift Card credited with the sum of the refund. Unfortunately we cannot give cash refunds for these purchases.

  • products that cannot be returned:
    Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, there are some products that we are unable to exchange or refund. These are as follows:
    • bed-linen including duvet covers, sheets & pillowcases, bedspreads,
    • duvets, pillows, mattress protectors & toppers,
    • towels

  • time limits:
    If you would like to exchange or return an item after 14 days, please contact us to check what options are available. If the items are unused, in their original unopened, undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and you possess your receipt or order confirmation, we may be able to exchange them for you or to refund you with a voucher that may be used in any homestore + more branch.

  • faulty items:
    If the items delivered are faulty, please call us within 14 days on 00353 14276500, Monday - Friday within business hours and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected and replacement item(s) to be sent at our cost.

why do I need to log in?

  • There are a number of reasons why our customers must log in to shop online. It actually benefits you in a number of ways:

why do I need to enter my email address?

why should I save my payment details?

  • If you save your payment details it will make your checkout process easier. Once your payment details are entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re-enter them again when you make your next order.
 
 

I can’t log in, what should I do?

  • If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘forgotten your password?’ link on the log in page. A password will be sent to your email address and you can log in using this. Once logged in, you should change your password back or change it to one you will find easier to remember.
  • Please note, for security reasons your payment details will be deleted when we send you a new password.
 
 

what credit cards are accepted by homestore + more?

  • homestore + more accepts Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Laser Cards for online shopping and in-store. You can also pay using PayPal. We do not accept American Express.
 
 

what is a security code/CVV2 number?

  • The security code (or CVV2 number) on your credit / debit card is a security measure required for all transactions. The CVV2 number is only listed on your card, meaning the only way to know number is to physically have possession of the card itself.
  • Most credit / debit cards have a three digit CVV2 number on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip.
  • If you cannot find your card’s CVV2 number, please contact the card issuer.
